Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double check all details before checkout.

✧ Sizing & Fit

How do I know if something will fit me?
Vintage sizing can vary from modern sizing. Measurements are provided for each piece—compare them to a garment you already own for the best fit.

✧ Condition

What condition are the pieces in?
All items are carefully inspected and described with attention to detail. Vintage pieces are pre-loved and may show minor signs of wear, which we believe adds to their character.

Are the items cleaned before shipping?
Yes—each piece is carefully cleaned or restored to a wearable condition whenever possible. To preserve the integrity of the garment, deeper cleaning and/or mending is reserved for pieces that truly need it. All items are thoughtfully sanitized and cleared of any surface dirt before being sent to their new home.


✧ One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Will you restock items?
Most pieces are one-of-one and will not be restocked. If you love something, don’t wait too long.


✧ Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though timing may vary slightly during busier periods.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes—international orders are shipped via DHL.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of vintage, one-of-a-kind, and handmade pieces, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery.
